Civibuy Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time:

  • Orders are crafted and shipped within 7–12 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment confirmation.

  • Orders with Overnight Shipping are shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • Ready-to-Ship items may ship separately and earlier than other items in your order.

  • For time-sensitive orders (birthdays, gifts), leave a note at checkout or contact support@civibuy.com

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:

  • You will receive a Shipping Notification email with tracking information from support@civibuy.com

  • Allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Carriers:

  • Most orders shipped via USPS.

  • Signature is not usually required; to request a signature, email support@civibuy.com with your order number.

  • You do not need to be home to receive packages, but for prior delivery issues, being available is recommended.

Delivered but Not Received:

  • Once tracking confirms delivery to the provided address, our responsibility is considered fulfilled. Refunds or replacements may not be available in such cases.

  • Suggested steps if package cannot be located: check with household members, neighbors, mail carrier, or contact 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777).

Incorrect Shipping Address:

  • Notify us immediately at support@civibuy.com

  • If not shipped, we can update the address.

  • If shipped, we wait for return, then reship to the correct address with a $6 reshipping fee.

International Shipping:

  • Ships worldwide via USPS.

  • Customers responsible for duties, taxes, and customs fees.

  • Customs delays may occur; international orders are FINAL SALE unless otherwise required by local law.

Shipping Delays:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect information.
